Background
Judy Baker is serving her second term in the Missouri House of Representatives, where she serves as a member of the Budget Committee, ranking Democrat for the House Appropriations for Health, Mental Health and Social Services and Healthcare Policy Committee. She runs her own consulting firm called Cura Advantage. She has also served as a part-time administrative director for ACTS International, which is a humanitarian organization dedicated to helping the country of Georgia. Baker has served in administrative roles in a number of health facilities. She graduated from Missouri University with a B.A. in Educational Studies. She earned a Master's Degree in Divinity at the Southern Theological Seminary.
